Return Eligibility

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • In the same condition you received it.
  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Fragrances or perfumes that have been unsealed or tested.
  • Items purchased on sale, clearance, or during special promotions (unless defective or damaged).

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged items.
